As the primary conduit for the Voice of the Customer (VoC), Gary plays a crucial role in representing customer interests, making sure they are central to all significant business decisions.

With over 25 years of expertise in customer experience and contact center leadership, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge to CGFNS, which he joined in 2024.
