Reminder: Take advantage of this special pricing in January, and you’ll have a full year (12 months) to complete the requirements for your VisaScreen or CES service.
Terms & Conditions
- Discounted prices for the TruMerit New Year Sale apply only to first-time applications for these services:
- VisaScreen®
- Credential Evaluation Service (CES) – Professional
- Pending orders for unpaid services sitting in applicant shopping carts prior to midnight on December 31, 2025, will be removed. To be eligible for the January discount, the service must be re-added to your shopping cart on or after January 1, 2026.
- Orders for discounted services must be placed and paid no earlier than 00:01 (UTC–5) on January 1, 2026, and no later than 23:59 (UTC–5) on January 31, 2026.
- Any pending orders for unpaid discounted services sitting in applicant shopping carts after midnight on January 31, 2026, will be removed. Regular prices will be reinstated on February 1, and services added to shopping carts at that time will reflect regular, non-discounted pricing.
- Recruiters and authorized agents who wish to take advantage of discounted pricing should have clients register and apply so that payment can be made on their behalf via the AA portal no later than 23:59 (UTC–5) on January 31, 2026.
- The New Year Sale prices are not retroactive. TruMerit will issue no partial refunds to account for the discounted prices for any order paid before 00:01 (UTC–5) on January 1, 2026, or after 23:59 (UTC–5) on January 31, 2026.
- No refunds will be issued for paid applications that are not completed within one year (12 months) from date of payment.
